Not Happy

I purchased a 2100 at Radio Shack, then waited until after June 2008 to purchase map update subscription ($50.00 At Amazon- any sooner would have been a waste of money). All you get is a software key to enter, then download management software from Navigon. You GPS MUST BE connected to get any updates. After a 1.8 Gigabyte download to "update" the unit I was then entitled to download another almost 2 Gigabyte download for June 2008 maps. You must use their installed software utility (Windows) to get anything. After hours of downloading the second 2 GB it failed with a check sum error. E-mails to Navigon support will only get you a canned response, thanking you for your support. Their support SUCKS!
