Better quality out of a bubble gum machine.

This player was exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of storage, an fm tuner, easy interface, compact and light for use while working out, and fairly inexpensive.
Immediately noticed the poor quality of the controls. Word that comes to mind is "rickety". Some buttons required what I consider excess pressure or repeatedly pressing, others activated by just grazing them. Off/On switch moved freely between positions - too freely. Looked great online, and even in the packaging. In hand, feels like something won from a carnival crane game.
Can't say much about the operation. Loaded a few songs and before the finished playing the device died. Unable to revive it, or even connect to it by PC.
Would be an ideal package with just a little more attention to quality. And if it worked.
