Innovative, but far from perfect...

Date of Review:  Feb 9, 2007
The Bottom Line: nice
Review: I remember when I found out that the Wii's controller looked a lot like a remote controller. I thought it was dumb. I still don't think the Wiimote is a good idea for traditional sit-down and play games, but it is a great idea for the more active...

The Classic Controller For Wii - SNES Controller On Steroids!

Date of Review:  Oct 2, 2008
The Bottom Line: There's a good chance you'll never need this...
Review: You may have seen this on the store shelf and wondered "why would I ever need that with my awesome WiiMote?" or "Way to try and sucker people into buying a 'normal' looking controller, Nintendo!" Either way, you probably did not know what in the...

The Wii Classic controller - so small, so cool, so unnecessary

Date of Review:  Dec 27, 2006
The Bottom Line: There's no reason to buy this. If you don't have a Gamecube controller, buy one. If you do have a Gamecube controller, you don't need this!
Review: When buying the Wii I, and I'm sure most others, thought that to play the virtual console games for the Wii, you needed the classic controller. Why would they sell a controller if it wasn't necessary for the system? I hope my review can help others...

A controller that hard core old school gamers will appreciate

Date of Review:  Jan 14, 2007
The Bottom Line: For the rest of us the gamecube controller works just as well.
Review: I got the wii classic controller for Christmas along with a new wii remote. I was glad though I wanted to try it but I didn t want to spend any of my money on it, after playing it the last few weeks with my VC game I am glad I got it for Christmas,...

It may move Mario around but it still won't turn on your tv.

Date of Review:  Dec 28, 2006
The Bottom Line: Wiitards: people who break there TV's because of the wii remote.
Review: I got another wii mote for Christmas and decided to sit down and write about the Wii remote which makes the Nintendo Wii so unique. When you look at the Wii mote it looks remarkably like a TV remote control, despite its odd look don t underestimate...

The Next Step in Gaming?

Date of Review:  Jan 21, 2007
The Bottom Line: Sorry for repeating myself, but Nintendo has done it, and this is the next step in gaming control.
Review: I'm a little late with this, but three opinions are better than two, and the more games I play on the Wii, the more things I find to say about this nifty little device. I think I've run the gamut on most of the types of game that the Wii has out...

Wii Remote-Sophisticated Yet Simple

Date of Review:  Jan 1, 2007
The Bottom Line: Love the Wii! It is all that it says it is and more. Lots of fun for groups of people. Also individual play is challenging and interesting.
Review: The Nintendo Wii is the newest in wireless gaming. It is awesome! We got the system for Christmas and took it with us when we went to visit Grandpa and Grandma and the cousins for the week. The game brought the whole family together. Grandpa, who...

We Wub da Wii-Mote, You Wascal Wabbit

Date of Review:  Jul 17, 2008
The Bottom Line: A necessity for anyone who can't game alone. Larger families need more of these.
Review: Why do I find myself talking funny when referring to things having to do with Nintendo's Wii system and its accessories? Who cares? It's just fun to talk that way. I'm proud (beating my chest) to be a Wii-Kend Warrior!

Let's face it, when...

I always Gloat on the Wii Remote!

Date of Review:  Jul 27, 2008
The Bottom Line: I recommend this because it uses great technology and is fun to have!
Review: The Wiimote or Wii Remote is what makes the Nintendo Wii so much different from all of the other video game consoles! Yes, the Wii still uses the same type of games and uses them as discs. Yes, the Wii still uses the same buttons. But with the Wii...

THE NINTENDO REMOTE CONTROLER - Swings like a sword, aims like a pistol!

Date of Review:  Mar 3, 2008
The Bottom Line: Nintendo has always innovated with their controllers. The D-Pad? The analog stick? The rumble feature? All Nintendo. The Wiimote is just the next logical step.
Review: There's a fad going around the gaming world - perhaps you've heard of it. It's the Nintendo Wii? Instead of following in the footsteps of Microsoft and Sony, loading up their controller with a ton of buttons and joysticks and D-pads and triggers and...
