gives me the energy I needed to dump fat

I am a very busy mother of three boys. I am tired 95% of the time. I could sleep all the time and I could never conquer this feeling. Well I started Atkin's. Personally I love the diet. I am very impatient when dieting. I cannot tolerate a diet of 2 pounds per week weight loss. I was losing on the Atkin's, but was still so tired all the time. Well, I sorted through a lot of information about ephedra. I read epinions and talked to a lot of people that I know use it. I decided to try it despite the mixed reviews. I started with an ephedra-free product and it made me very nauseous. Then I gave ephedra a try. First tried another brand and heard Trim Spa was more helpful in concurrence with the Atkin's plan. It helps with the cravings. I love it. I wake up and face the day awake, alert and alive. I feel no side effects what so ever. I do not take it late in the day because it will disturb sleep. I take it as recommended and sometimes take less (never more). Well, along with Atkin's plan and Trim spa I have dumped 25 pounds in 4 weeks. I am 5'8" started out at 234 and am now 209 and still losing. I take Coral Calcium as well. I feel WONDERFUL. I still drink coffee and do not feel nervous or jittery. I can only speak for me. Plenty of others do not do well on ephedra so use caution. I do not smoke. I drink on occasion and have no other bad habits. I do not work out other than caring for my three boys and will start walking daily when the weather warms. Hope this helps. By the way I am 33 and healthy.
