In the past month, this is the third juicer that I have tried. By far, the Omega 4000 is the one that I'm most satisfied with. It's easy to use, super-easy to clean, and the quality of the craftsmanship is paramount. One of the other juicers that I tried was the Omega 8001. I had read that the low-speed emastication juicers, which is what the 8001 is, are the juicers that produce the highest quality juice. The juice that the 8001 produces is of superior quality of any thing else that I had tried; however, it was so labor intensive, that for me, a quality centrifugal ejection juicer like the 4000 was the way to go. If storing a juice for more than 8 hours is something that you desire, go with a low-speed masculating juicer; otherwise, for time, convience, and quality, the Omega 4000 is a superior machine.
