Do not buy this if you are steaming rice

Pros: This machine was awful to use! There is not ANY pros to this machine

Cons: Did not work for me at all. Imagine speding 2 1/2 hours waiting for rice!

I bought this product this week, and needed to make some steamed rice for my allergy-ridden dog. Started it exactly the way it said to do rice, and 2 hours later,(it was suppsed to take 45 minutes, the rice hadn't even been touched by the steam. The rice was still in its original form! I was burned not only on the usage of the top, but also burned by buying this machine! It gets a complete hands down in rice cooking!
