Best Quality Stroller
Pros:
Lightweight, Durable, One Hand Fold, Stylish, Extremely Smooth, Locks when closed.
Cons:
Recline is less than 180, Small Basket, High cost.
The Bottom Line:
Fantastic stroller! Don't let the price stop you from purchasing it. Think of it as an investment rather than buying another lightweight stroller later.

Author's Review
Why did I buy this product:
1) When I started to research strollers, I asked every mom that I knew which stroller they liked best. I read the "Baby Bargains" book looking for the best deal for the best quality. The Peg Perego Strollers were always rated very highly. All the moms that I spoke with said that this was the "Mercedes Benz" of strollers. I didn't know what that meant until I bought it.
2) I went to Babies R Us about 100 times to try all the different strollers. I weighed all the options... large baskets, cup holders, weight, portability, style, and cost, etc. This stroller had what I was looking for in a stroller.
What I love about the product:
1) The stroller was lightweight- 16lbs. especially compared to the bulky graco stroller over a whomping 20lbs. I am not a big woman, and if I was going to be taking my baby around the town, I was not about the lug a 20lbs. stroller!
2) The one hand fold- I LOVE this part about the stroller. Having a one hand fold was the one thing that I didn't really think too much about, but LOVED after I purchased. You don't realize how difficult it can be until you have a screaming child in a car seat in one hand, groceries in another and trying to pack up your stroller all at once! The only stroller to top this function is the Inglesina (which couldn't be purchased in our area).
3) Smoothness- The first time I went to the mall with my mom, she asked me why I likes this stroller so much. She then took control of the stroller as we were walking and with a shocked look said, "OH! Now I know!". She had never experience such a smooth moving stroller. You hardly have to put any force into it to get it to move. Also, when you only have one free, it's extremely convenient because it can be moved around with one hand. Other strollers are not that smooth.
4) Extremely durable- Every mom that I have talked to that purchased this stroller said that it has lasted through several children.
5) The style- It's a very chic looking stroller. Some of the graco strollers look like they were made of cheap material. Though it does, it's so heavy. The Pliko P3 is very stylish and looks like the material is good quality and made well. I love the toffee color because it's neutral enough for my little girl and hopefully future children (possibly boys).
6) Adaptable to Graco Snugride Infant Car Seat- The Snugride was rated one of the safest car seats, but I didn't like the travel systems that Graco offered. I wanted to buy the car seat, but needed a stroller that would accommodate it. The Pliko accommodates many infant car seats, not just the Graco ones. It has an added strap for security (which really isn't necessary). There is a Graco Snugride that goes well with the Toffee which is the Maxwell color.
7) There are several other qualities that are terrific such as the adjustable footrest, adjustable handles. Very convenient for taller people so that you don't have to hunch over to push the stroller. Great for children who want to take a nap.
8) Upright Standing- When you close the stroller it locks in place. A lot of other strollers you have to clip to lock or it will open when putting it into the car. This one locks and actually stands upright. It's a really convenient aspect of the stroller considering rainy days. You don't want to have to close your stroller to the ground in the mud, hunch over and have to lock it then pick it up into your clean car. This one closes like a lightweight stroller (non-standard sized) like an umbrella and remains upright!
9) Wheels- My sister in law told me that when you're looking for a stroller (she has four children), look for one with multiple wheels rather than a single wheel. This one has two wheels on each corner (8 wheels). I understand now after using it. It helps with maneuverability.
10) Many people buy a heavier stroller now because of all the functions it comes with and think they'll buy a lighter one later. My sister in law did the same. In the end, it's a waste of money. This stroller is a standard stroller, but could also be considered in the lightweight class because of it's size and weight. It's like two strollers in one!
What do I hate?
1) Recline- I do not like that the stroller does not recline 180 degrees. The product says that it does, but it's more like 150 degrees. It's inconvenient when you're at a wedding and your child wants to nap and is used to laying flat when sleeping.
2) Small Basket- I do love the Graco large baskets, but overall this was a small price to pay for the other great things about this stroller. It is difficult to put a diaper bag underneath the stroller, unless it is a small one.
3) Cost- Wow. This was a doozy! There are a lot of strollers that were cheaper, but you're paying for all the perks of this stroller.
