Author's Review
The Pontiac Bonneville is the ranked possibly the worst and the cheapest luxury car. The comparisons are not done within the class of the car its self, the Bonneville is compare to the Lexus ES 300 and the some S models of the Mercedes Benz. These cars are considered to be pure luxury, as for the Bonneville it is in the luxury/economy class. I think that this is the best class of all the cars, because its like getting the most of the money that you put into the car. I use to have the Bonneville and I was always overwhelmed by its power. It has a 3.8-liter 6-cylender engine that is beyond words powerful, and the car glides down the road smother than skating on ice. I am in the market to buy a new car, and the Bonneville is the most likely choise. If I chose to buy the Bonneville I would take the SSEi, it has the inline 6-cylender with 240hp engine with fully loaded interior, it costs about 4 thousand more than the SE but the money spent it definitely worth it. However, the Bonneville has a big problem with its steering. Since the vehicle is huge it needs to have sensitive steering system. I noticed when I would make a turn on my old 94 Bonneville and I would hit a bump or drive into a pot hole, the wheel will be knocked off alignment and it would take like few swerves before it would readjust its self to the correct positioning. I really hope they fixed that problem in the new 2000 Bonneville.
