Very Disappointing company and product.

Review: May 2009.  The camcorder works, but downloading to their software never worked.  I could not get the product to work properly with my vista computer.  The company sent me different versions of software including beta but did not seem to want to help...

I was decieved by this camcorder

The Bottom Line: buy a different camcorder unless all you want to do is broadcast yourself on youtube.com.
Review: My boss had one of these camcorders and I just had to have one when I saw how clear the picture was. I finally got one and it said on the box that it comes with free software so you can make movies.
Well, considering thats what you usually do...
