Great affordable binding system for low volume use

I decided to write and sell my own recipe book and wanted to print and bind it myself since all I was missing was a binding system, so I started looking at binding systems. I decided on the C75 due to it's relatively low cost and since the book will be less than 25 double sided pages so a small machine like this was perfect.

The GBC CombBind C75 binding system is very easy to use, simple put your document 10 sheets at a time (for 20 lbs paper) in the punching area and press down on the handle to punch the binding holes. Then, slide a comb downwards in the top metal fingers and push it left so the pins grab each "ring". Lower the handle just enough so the rings unwind enough to slide in the punched sheets and use the locking button to lock the handle in place. Slide the punched sheets onto the rings (this model will bind up to 125 sheets), unlock the handle and lift it back to the top position. Slide the document to the right and then up to remove the binded document from the binding system. A removable tray collects the paper waste from the punching.

You can easily insert a pre-binded document in the machine to open the rings to either edit the document or if you want to recycle it and keep the comb for another document.

I would highly recommend this binding system for binding documents of up to 125 sheets. Keep in mind that you must punch the paper only 10 sheets (of 20 lbs, less sheets for thicker paper) at a time, so if you plan on often doing large documents you may want to consider a model that will punch more at once.
