Not for those with 2 Left Feet

The Bottom Line: If you're interested in learning hip-hop, and can pick up moves quickly, then this might just be for you. If you suffer from two-left feet, and no rhythm/coordination, pass.
Review: This Quick Fix offers three 10-minute workouts, with the DVD offering a fourth 10-minute bonus workout.

A Better Bet is Dancing to a CD

The Bottom Line: While this may be okay for teens, the choreography is complex, the instruction is poor, and the music is lackluster.
