Very Disappointed

I purchased my White Mountain Ice Cream Cooler in July 2000 thinking it was the best on the market. I have never been more disappointed. The box arrived in pieces and many parts were broken. It took Rival/Holmes 6 weeks to send the parts I needed. This after spending $200! Holmes/Rival customer service is a joke. Not helpful at all and they do not care. I will not recommend this product nor the company to anyone. I have used my ice cream maker 3 times since I purchased it and the motor now leaks grease an oil into the ice cream can itself. The quality is nothing like these used to exhibit.
