It has only been here 4 days but w o w ! didnt see one of these monsters anywhere . Looked @ the 60" @ a local private a/v shop and they told me samsung was the best dlp ..I had just got stiffed by lcdtvs.com on a 70" sony order that they didnt ship . I thank them now , due to there bad/no service I ended up with the Samsung hlt7228w . The picture when receiving HD input is just perfect . Normal broadcast isn't as perfect but very good . The tv is very nice looking too ! If you are after B I G and A W E S O M E in a big screen tv THIS IS IT . I cannot comment on the sound as mine is connected to a surround sound system .OOOPS NOW ITS 3 MONTHS OLD . NO PICTURE . REPAIRMAN SAYS ITS THE DMD BOARD OR MAIN POWER POWER BOARD OK ! JAN 8 08 ITS BACK AND AS AWESOME AS EVER ! I am still amazed by it .
