Nice capacity for a nice price

Unlike some other people on here I have not had any trouble using this with XP or Vista. Perhaps they have come up with drivers since then. I used to be a computer technician and would use these and other flash drives to transfer data from one computer to another without having to go to the trouble of setting up a network connection etc. Which can be a real hastel.
I have found that this unit has a nice large capacity which is ideal for data transfers. The software that comes with it does take up some space but so long as you get the 4 gig model instead of the 1 gig one you should not really miss the room. One of my favorite features is the "switchblade" like way it can retract its usb connector. This keeps it from having yet another top I have to fight to keep up with. If any of you have ever had a usb drive or even a ball point pen you know that keeping up with the top itself can be a chore. I thought when I got it that pocket lint and other debris would get into it because there was no top but I had little to fear it seems. I have one that I use for the included programs and ones that can be downloaded online and another one strictly for use to transfer data. But most people probably would not need more than one for both tasks. I just do a lot more with my computers than the average user.
There are several programs out there that can be loaded on this drive both U3 and otherwise. Just do a search for mobile programs and U3 on your favorite search engine.
