SanDisk Sansa e260 (4 GB) MP3 Player

When I was looking at MP3 players to buy, I was lucky enough to have a friend that recommended the Sansa. While I was originally looking at the iPod, as Apple has a huge corner of the market, there were 3 things I was looking for in an MP3 player; flash memory, compact size, and durability.

Despite the fact that the Sansa screen got scratched in a few days, I would definitely say that I got all three when I made this purchase. The Sansa has some great features--it plays video, records sound, both off the microphone and built in FM receiver, and has a battery that is replaceable by the user. The one thing that I don't like about the Sansa was how easily mine scratched. I wouldn't say that I am a power user--I take good care of my electronics, and rarely have things break, but the case on this was scratched very quickly after I bought it.
