Well thought-out player has better than expected sound quality

Date of Review:  Jul 31, 2006
The Bottom Line: Overshadowed by iPods, other MP3 players with features like these will make inroads. Light, good sound and easy to use. Smart menu design.
Review: This is a pleasing product with a few minor flaws. The player is good value for money, especially if you are looking for good sound quality you can adjust. I am new to MP3 players. Some features I think are clever, you may feel are basic.

Inexpensive MP3 Player

Date of Review:  Mar 2, 2006
Review: The Sansa is a small, inexpensive MP3 player to bring along and listen to music on the go. ID3 tags display on screen, and it uses SD cards for extra memory. Takes 1 AAA battery, and holds a couple hundred songs. A+ Product!

Great low budget MP3 player

Date of Review:  Dec 17, 2006
Review: When I bought the Sandisk Sansa e140, I was a bit worried about buying a cheap "dud" product as this was one of Sandisk's first entries into the MP3 market. Boy, was I surprised.
First of all, I had not realized it was so small. Not only was it...

SanDisk Sansa e140 (1G) MP3 player

Date of Review:  May 24, 2005
The Bottom Line: Not sure about Durability, that remains to be seen. Overall, an excellent MP3 player, great for anybody!!!!
Review: I have been interested in MP3 players for quite some time, and even received an iPOD mini for Christmas. But, actually returned it because I felt it was too much to spend on a "novelty". I also didn't feel like spending more time (than I already do)...

A REALLY good MP3 player...that is just shy of excellent

Date of Review:  Jun 25, 2005
The Bottom Line: This is an inexpensive, upgradeable, excellent sounding MP3 player (with different headphones) that boasts many positive traits other units lack.
Review: Everyone wants a super light MP3 player that is shock resistant, easy to configure, has a good warranty, is upgradeable (memory wise), allows you to use your own battery (simple AAA's here) and has great sound. This unit fulfills all of these!

sansa m250

Date of Review:  Dec 30, 2005
Review: Just bought the sansa m250. I couldn't find the m250 listed so I thought I'd write a review under this one. So far I think it is a nice little mp3 player. The controls are very easy to use. You don't even need the manual. It is a very intuitive...

Wishlist fulfillment Phase One: the Sandisk Sansa

Date of Review:  Jun 19, 2005
The Bottom Line: It's an excellent, low-cost alternative to the Shuffle. And admit it, deep down, we all want to stick it to Apple.
Review: Update: June 9, 2006

Sandisk has certainly been busy in the 12 months since I bought this. Their Sansa series has expanded to its M200 generation, which comes in 512MB and 1Gb capacities, like the Sansa E140 Series(reviewed here, of...

A Very Well Thought Out MP3 Player

Date of Review:  Jul 28, 2005
The Bottom Line: After two years of looking, I leaped when I found this because it was the first to meet my particular needs.
Review: I've spent about four years working with Minidisc players and MP3 CD Players. The cost per meg of a Flash-type player kept me out of the market, and hard-disk mini players wouldn't suit my active life style. Last week, I "discovered" the Sansa. It...
