Well I picked this product up hoping that it would fill a few needs around my house. Cleaning the shower grout, bathroom floors, BBQ grill, etc. I tested it first on the shower. After going through all the attachments, I realized that this product wasn't going to help me there. I read that it would cut through soap scum very easily... Test #2! That also was a failure. I decided to try the grill before boxing the stuff up and taking it back. Test #3! A little better this time. The steam prettied up the stainless parts of my grill, and after about 30 minutes of steaming and scrubbing, there were less nasties on the grill, but I still wasn't impressed. As I was heading back in, I gave my patio furniture the once over. Not bad for bonus test #4, but a bucket of soapy water is easier than waiting 10 minutes for the water to heat up in this thing (and costs less too).
So basically, this thing is horrible.
