Complete Garbage

Have had this machine 2 years, on my second machine.  DO NOT BUY THIS!  Save your money and get Brother!!!  I had the machine 3 months and needed to send it to Singer for repair, I had to pay for shipping.  When it was returned the tech forgot to re-engage the feed dogs and I had to send it back, again at my cost.  After the return and several weeks later I took it to an authorized repair center for Singer and "corrected some issues" HA!  I finally contacted Singer again and they completely replaced it with a new machine, after I paid once again to ship to Tennessee, which after using and having the same problems is sitting in the closet collecting cobwebs and dust!  They indicated to me that this particular model has had some problems and are being addressed, and that I would be updated.  This was complete bunk!!!!  They made a mistake and included the inventory list of all items that were returned and refurbished, there were over 12,000 of the CE-100 in their inventory.   I have always had Singer machines and never had problems like I have had with this model.  I have the Singer 7468 and it is a complete workhorse.  I use this machine at least 4 days during the week and actively use it for 4+ hours a day.  I was lucky to get 4 minutes of embroidery time with the CE100 before it jammed in the bobbin case.
