Cools our large living- and family room without problems - but not enough for whole house.
Bulky but easy to hook up exhaust ducts - but that's what you get at 12000 BTU
I've read the other reviews and don't agree, I'm very happy with this A/C - however, have not needed to contact support.
Have not used the heater.
