Great Sony Camera

The Sony camera has a good design: slim and stylish. You pay a premium for the Sony Brand though. For those that are into it, camera is touch screen. Camera has a 3x optical zoom vs the newer models that have a 5x optical zoom for the same price. Very close-up pictures can be blurry sometimes although I am not sure if that is the case with all cameras. Video mode is excellent @ 30fps and 640 x 480 resolution. Video quality, I give a 9 out of 10 for a digital camera. Note that this camera is among the few that allows the use of the optical zoom for video capture as well. Picture quality, I give a 8.5 out of a 10. I have seen the canon SD cameras perform a little better however, this camera is just so much more stylish to carry around. Camera comes in different colors including red, black, and silver. Since this is a touch screen model, there are very few buttons on the camera. I actually prefer this because the entire camera just looks sleek that way. In addition, the camera has a sliding cover that helps protect the lens. Also, the camera has pretty good battery life relative to other cameras. This one can snap over 200 pictures per charge. However, the downside is that even if you do not use the camera, the battery drains too. This is probably true for other cameras as well.
