Great Gadget at great price

I bought my Sony NetMD in order to remplace my older MP3 player, which by that time did't work.

The price was a big influencer in my buy, it is so affordable, the price is just, for less than $200.00 I get the NetMD and all the car kit. And for $2.00 you can get a MD, which can have 320min of music recording, like 100 songs, with a quality so good you can belevie the size of the song.

The NetMD has a mini display that shows the name of the song, the time, the menu, and other stuff, in a screen of the size of half inch, the buttons are well placed, the small circular for play, stop, forward and reward, and other four for menu, groups, volume up, and down.

The NetMD can group the songs, you can create 99 groups if you want, that means you can upload your cd's and group them in the name of the band, album, or other, so you can navigate faster and easier trough the songs.

Uploading music is ease, just select a press, or with simple burner, just put a cd and press check out, in a few minutes you will have an entire cd in your netmd, ready to listen, or for example, I have my entire Cd collection in 15 md, each one with more ore less 5 Cd's.

The NetMD also let you adjust the sound, with a mini equalizer, or put the play mode, like shuffle, repeat all, repeat one.

The NetMD use a single AA battery, that last for more than a month, if only use it for listen music, if you burn to much MD it las less, but also a great time.

I preffer this over the iPod, which is expensive, and bulkier than the Sony NetMD, the Sony does not has the amount of memory of the iPod, but the MD are really cheap, and there are new gadgets using the MD as a media store.
