love it

Date of Review: Aug 19, 2008

The Bottom Line:  For the price, it is an excellent and sturdy crib.
I love this crib. My son is over a year old and the crib has withstood his teething as well as his learning how to jump on the bed. One of the main things I loved about this crib was that it is made from hard wood. Another thing I love about the crib is the mattress adjustment. When he was just a newborn, it was easy to have the crib right next to my bed with the side down and he was on the same level as me (wonderful for the middle of the night feedings) and I could just pull him out and put him back in. He was close, but in his own bed so I didn't have to worry about rolling onto him. I could feed him without even getting out of bed. The only downside to this is that if you want to move it into another room, you have to take it apart to do it (unless your doors are unusually wide). That is a pain in the behind. My son has never gotten stuck in between the bars (trust me, he's tried), the only thing is that he likes to sleep with his head right against the bars, so if your kids won't try to climb on the bumper, make sure to put a bumper on so they don't have bar marks on their heads when they wake up.
