Tom Tom Support

I recently purchased the 920T and discovered the Spoken Address function was not working. After calling their support I was told that a 'fix' was to be released March 27th 2008. It has not been released and there are people in forums that were told the same day I was, that it will be released in the next two weeks. I purchased their top of the line unit with the expectation that the features listed in advertisements and on the packaging were accurate. Instead I have discovered that features only equal increased prices, not increased capability. If you are looking for a quality product from a company you can trust, Tom Tom is not the place to look.
