Big, Fast and Comfortable

I have a tacoma and we needed something big for long trips since the birth of the baby. I thought about the big 3 for a second, but I know better. I have owned a dodge and a ford with too many headaches. There are a few things I would change about the vehicle but the good far outweighs the bad.
I subscribe to the consumer reports web page. Their report of what used cars to buy will amaze you. There is hardly an american vehicles on the list. That tells you something.
Anyone can pick apart any vehicle. I look at the big picture. I want something comfortable, safe, and reliable.
I feel like I have obtained that with this vehicle.
THE GOOD:
Powerful, smoooooth drive train and engine, the same one that is in some Lexus products. Ton of room with removable flip up third row of seats. Dual air for the back passengers. Sporty look inside and out. Nice ride, good handling, and good turning radius. Reliability.
THE BAD:
Gas milage (15/17), but what do you expect with a big SUV. Funky smell in the cabin if you jump on the gas pedal too hard. I think this is the converter and will probably subside once it is broken in. I wish the electric seats had a memory setting for different drivers(not a big deal). The third row of seats do not fold into the floor(have to be taken out for maximum room). Less towing capacity than the Tahoe and Expedition (if this matters to you).
