Zooper's super
Pros:
Good value for a lightweight fully loaded stroller
Cons:
Could be easier to open and close completely.
The Bottom Line:
Easy to handle, comfortable for baby, nice looking stroller, and a good value. Almost as good as the Peg P3 but way less expensive, and with additional features.

Author's Review
I did alot of research, and for a budget conscious mom who wanted a very safe, comfortable ride for my year old son and an easy to handle stroller for me, the Zooper Waltz fit the bill. It looks great, feels great and my son seems very comfortable and safe in it.
It does maneuver quite well - I think the other reviewer complaining about turning problems must have a set of lemon wheels because mine spin on a dime. It is easy to control - the only problem I've run into is that it is awkward getting on & off curbs that have no ramp if the curb is a bit high. I agree that it could open a bit more smoothly and completely, but its not difficult and its easy to see that its locked in. I really like the rain hood and the sunscreen (which come in a cute matching bag) AND the cozy boot cover that are included in the price. I live in Toronto and for the cold winters its perfect! the cozy plus the hood that comes all the way down to completely enclose my baby from wind and the harsher elements (there is a clear plastic window that you expose so the baby can look out) should make it very comfortable. I'm actually looking forward to the winter. The recline is very easy - you can do it with one hand, unlike alot of other strollers in this price range (like the Peg Aria, which is so flimsy!).
The fabric looks like it can put up with quite a bit and yet feels comfortable. It has cute zigzag stitching in contrasting colours, and theres a cute little parent pouch that snaps onto the handle which I use for drinks (using my travel mug - also works for fountain drinks if they have a lid).
If I could make it a perfect stroller though, I'd make the wheels bigger (though they are standard sized) and have the doubled wheels on the front (they are already on the back), and somehow incorporate a cup/snack tray onto the bumper bar (which has a nice removeable cover). I'd also make the seat back higher (my son is always off the charts for height).
I would def. put the stroller together (this one or ANY one that you decide to purchase) INSIDE the store BEFORE you leave, if at all possible. I can't say how many times I have bought a stroller and had something wrong with it right away. If you put it together in the store (the Zooper takes 10 minutes), if there is a problem, its dealt with right away. Our initial one had a loose snap and we had to bring it back to the store. My husband put it together there and discovered the back wheels were tight and they changed them then and there.
I would say that this stroller compares to the super hyped Peg P3 - which is nice, but not worth $100 more - the only thing it has better are bigger and deeper side cushioning - though really that on the Zooper is more than adequate.
