A twist of magic and criminal activity

This book was a very interesting, fast-paced book that is a great sequel to the first book. It was a book that could keep you going until you finished. The only thing that might disappoint you is that the book is very similar to the first book, Artemis Fowl. This was not a problem for me but I would recommend you read that first.
Artemis Fowl is a 13-year-old criminal mastermind who was born to a very wealthy criminal family. His father was taken prisoner or killed, like the news says. Artemis Fowl knows his father is alive; he just has to find out where. He realizes he needs to get help from his fairy friends to be able to retrieve his father. The fairies meanwhile need Artemis's help and call him down to their underground world. For the rest of the book two fairies, Artemis, and Butler (Artemis's bodyguard) set out on a journey to solve both of the problems.
This book was very good and I would recommend it to anyone who is in their right mind and I would read it.Even if you weren't I would recommend it. It is like the best fantasy/criminal book you've ever read times the biggest number you can thing of and it still isn't as good as this book. Read the book!
