We take it for granted

I use this machine most days and so far have not even had one paper jam. It is setup with an email and fax address book and it's childs play to send all types of hard documents to any email address or fax, or even fax and email at the same time.
We have set up the templates under each individual's name to carry out many keystrokes (over 20) just by touching any one icon on the panel, what a breeze and we have saved everyones templates (macros) to our server just in case we need to restore them to the e-Studio one day.
It has postscript as standard and PDF's print out fast. This may also have something to do with the latest 64 bit RISC technology in the print board. The quality of the print is always spot on and the machine even sends requests for toner supply to the maintenance department, and also logs its own calls to the service department when the regular maintenance is due.
As I said we all take this machine for granted as it always does what it's supposed to - work!
