Panasonic KX-TGA520 5.8 GHz 1-Line Cordless Expansion Handset

The Panasonic KX-TGA520 cordless expansion handset is a great addition to your system. The range and sound are great - in fact they'll sound just like the handset you have now, because it is the same handset you have.

The feel of the handset is very good. I prefer full sized handsets as opposed to those phone systems that use small, compact handsets (Try holding one of those little bitty handsets on your shoulder to talk while you work!) In fact, you won't have to hold this one on your shoulder at all - just switch it to speaker phone mode and talk hands free! That has to be one of my favorite features about this phone system.

The phone is loaded with other features like caller ID display, intercom, paging, memory numbers, five redial numbers, and many, many more features. the battery is a Ni-Mh type which lasts quite a long time.

I would recommend this phone to anyone who already has a compatible base main phone system - you just can't have too many extension handsets around the home! I have our main base in the kitchen with extension handsets in the den, bedroom, TV room, family room, computer room and even the garage.

You can even use this handset to replace a lost or damaged original handset that came with your system.

Panasonic makes some of the highest quality phones and phone systems. it is worth paying a little extra for their products.
