Pros: Easily constructed, operated, and cleaned.
Cons: Cheap thermometer, labor-intensive.
The Bottom Line: Buy the Brinkman Gourmet Charcoal Smoker if you prefer perfectly smoked meats at a fair price!

Smoking in the infamous "ECB": how good (or bad) is the Smoke 'n' Grill?

Pros: Lightweight and cheap.
Cons: Poor heat retention. Requires modification for better burn or long cooking. No airflow control.
The Bottom Line: The Smoke 'n' Grill may be the bottom-of-the-line, but a modification or two gives it enough functionality to cook barbecue without too much frustration.
