Fantastic so far

Pros: * Big screen * Fantastic picture (progressive scan) * Versatile * Low price
Cons: * No resume feature * Remote doesn't control some features * Unknown brand
The Bottom Line: So far, this player is fantastic. It was a great purchase!

good balance

Pros: slim, light, good picture quality, nice sound (headphones), plays avi/divx(subtitles)/xvid files
Cons: Noisy drive unit, long avi startup, tinny internal speakers, short battery life
The Bottom Line: If the price is right for you buy it, you'll enjoy the versitility this particular portable unit offers.

Review: I bought this from Wal-mart last year. I wanted something to take with me as I traveled for work. My main and initial interest in this player was it's avility to play avi/Divx files. Since I already had a Philips 642 at home that played these files...
