Pros: Excellent picture quality, uses AA batteries, sensitivity up to ISO 1600, very user friendly manual.
Cons: shutterlag, 3.1 lens; comp. cameras have 2.8
The Bottom Line: Would highly recommend it. Very good picture quality, lots of features, is a good value & I think Pentax makes quality cameras.

Pros: Virtually unlimited features the create the shot, print, or video that you desire.
Cons: You need to read the info, or you can mistakenly switch settings.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for the greenest amateur or most seasoned pro. Excellent product.

Cons: High noise to signal ratio, poor image quality, slow shutter speed.
The Bottom Line: Great for absolute beginners, but there are other cameras with better image quality in the price point with equal ease of use.
