Cons: poor camera/video, poor memory capacity, text messaging is problematic, resets settings, no keypad
The Bottom Line: I do not recommend the LG Cookie to people unless your looking for a stylish loooking phone

Cons: cheaply made screens

the menus are really easy to use and you get all the extras but i have only had it for 3 weeks and the touch screen went funny so got areplacement hand set and the same happend
